Annual Reviews
On the Urbana-Champaign campus, all units are required to provide annual performance evaluations of academic professional employees. The point of the evaluation isn’t to terrify you, but to give you the opportunity to come to a shared understanding of your effectiveness during the previous year and establish expectations regarding performance and professional growth in the coming year. In conjunction with the annual performance review, a review of the duties listed on the job description is required.
